Our EMEA business is home to a 150+ strong team working primarily from our EMEA head office in the UK. Our diverse and passionate Associates share our values. Sales and Marketing
The window into our business. Our sales and marketing team is a passionate team focused on amplifying the voice of BI WORLDWIDE to future clients, thought leaders and employees.

Sales and Channel Incentives
This team understands motivation and how to help clients move the needle. From communications to programme insights they’re relentless when it comes to driving programme objectives.

Employee Programmes
Deeply invested in making our clients’ workplaces great places to be, the Employee Programmes team is responsible for implementing, managing and optimising our clients’ global recognition programmes.

Live Events
This energetic team of event planners and content creators are the key ingredient to a successful event and bringing our clients messages to life. They organise everything from experiential events and incentive trips to international conferences all across the world.

Facilities and Admin
Responsible for ensuring the office is a safe and inviting place for Associates and visitors, our Facilities and Admin team manages a variety of projects, provides a warm welcome to our guests, handles deliveries, keeps supplies stocked and ensures we never run out of coffee!

Finance and Legal
This team supports our clients, Associates and suppliers throughout the life of their relationship with BI WORLDWIDE. Across all areas of our business, they play a crucial role in success and securing our financial health and sustainability.

Data and Analytics
With a keen eye for detail and continuous curiosity, this team supports client programmes through reporting and analytics, identifying trends and triggers to change behaviours and drive performance.

Copywriting and Creative
This team bring client messages to life with vibrant designs and memorable words, whether on web, print, or email, blending creativity and fun for lasting impact!

Technology Services
Our technology team is a talented team of tech specialists delivering everything from back-office support, storage, hosting and cyber security to solution architecture, web development and project management, for both internal and external clients.

People and Culture
Our People and Culture team fosters a positive work environment, driving engagement, development, and well-being. They champion our values, ensuring everyone thrives and feels valued.

Participant Experience Team
The Participant Experience team is a fun and vibrant multilingual team that handles all rewards-based queries for our clients. When it comes to participant support, we are the experts!

Rewards
This commercially savvy team manages the EMEA Rewards Marketplace, serving over 130 countries. They handle supplier management, range sourcing, marketplace updates, and client support, focusing on driving redemptions and making the rewards aspirational.
