​​Giving recognition is in our DNA. Our Bravo programme facilities on average 10,000 recognitions each year across our EMEA team (that’s over 60 recognitions per Associate, per year!).

But we all get busy and it’s easy to say, ‘I’ll get to that later’. As a team who strive for better, always, on this Employee Appreciation Day we reminded our Associates to take a moment to show their appreciation for their colleagues. And wow, they didn’t let us down.

In just one day, our 160 strong EMEA team alone sent 948 recognitions to their colleagues. That’s a sixth of all recognitions from the previous 6 months, and that’s not including global recognitions!

Our success is down to the collective effort of our people, each of which play a vital role in inspiring our clients and delivering excellence. So, we want to take a moment to say thank you to them.
