At the end of a busy year, we want our Associates to enjoy a relaxing seasonal break. As such, in addition to the basic holiday entitlement, each year BIW generally closes on Christmas Eve and re-opens on the first working day after 1 January.

Associate referrals are an important source of new recruits, and they can earn Award Points if they refer someone to us who’s subsequently offered a role.

If Associates have an eye test and are charged for it, BI WORLDWIDE reimburse the cost incurred. Not only that, if they are prescribed glasses for the first time for screen work, BI WORLDWIDE will contribute toward the cost of the glasses.

The EAP is a free and confidential service for Associates and their immediate family, including short-term counselling, legal advice, and financial guidance – wherever and whenever.
